We all know that technology is worldwide and it changes  person's living. Everything that we're doing every is almost depending on technology, especially in the education nowadays. Information and Communication Technology nowadays helps every students and teachers when it comes to learnings. But as  what found on my research,  there's a group of organization conducted a global survey about ICT in Education and they found that ICT in Education is generally not considered as a central to the teaching and learning process. However we should know that there are policies   that we need to know about what are the uses of  technology in education, like in the Philippines we have the Republic Act No. 10844 or  "DICT Act of 2015'' which manage  everything regarding technology.

    ICT in education can enhance teachers and student’s skills and abilities when it comes to technology . Teacher should know first how to use that kind of technology  because if she/ he  don’t know how to use  it in the class, there will be no enhancement in herself as well as enhancement of student’s learnings.

    Therefore, by the help of  ICT POLICIES AND SAFETY ISSUES IN TEACHING AND LEARNING,  the students will be  more creative and  will be a critical thinker about the application and usage of technology.
